  • How do I plan a new kitchen at IKEA?

    A new kitchen is a big project requiring lots of attention to detail. That includes important considerations such as the room design, front colours and the right cabinet fittings.

  • What do I need to bring to a planning appointment at an IKEA store?

    If you already have a plan, you’ll need your login details for IKEA planner (planning code). We’ll need the interior room measurements if you’d like us to do the planning. Use our website for inspiration and gain an idea as to what shape, size, and style your new furniture could take.

  • How can I plan my furnishings?

    Our interior planners will help you plan and configure individual pieces of furniture or entire interiors.

  • How long will my kitchen plan data be kept on file?

    Your kitchen plan will be available for 365 days, but you can change it at any time to suit your requirements.

  • What if I want to make changes to my kitchen after installation?

    Contact your kitchen planner for this. You planner will have your plans and will be most likely to provide help.

  • How long does kitchen planning take if I use the planning service?

    Our initial consultation will last around three-quarters of an hour. We’ll draw up a plan or review your own kitchen plan and advise you on the next steps based on your requirements.
