Can I collect points in different profiles at IKEA Family, transfer my points to someone else or exchange them for cash?
Points are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
The points can only be used for rewards offered via the IKEA Family account (via the IKEA website or mobile app). The rewards can be redeemed when shopping via the IKEA website, the mobile app or in-store and when contacting us.
All IKEA Family members with a registered email address can collect points and enjoy rewards.
