How much does a kitchen installation cost?

The price of a kitchen assembly is based on the total length of your kitchen. The costs are calculated per meter of kitchen cabinet top and bottom units combined.

Measurements are taken along the front, fitting pieces and deck sides are included. An additional 60 cm is added for corners. If the number of meters of wall units is greater than the number of meters of base units, the surplus wall units are charged on an hourly basis.

Price:

  • METOD or KNOXHULT kitchens: 249 € per running meter

  • ENHET kitchen: € 219 per running meter

  • For additional wall unit assembly: 49.00 euros per fitter per hour

The costs include:

  • Directions for the fitter

  • Small materials

  • Assembly, positioning and hanging of the cabinets

  • Installing the worktops including the cut-outs

  • Installation of the cabinet lighting

  • Installation of handles and interior fittings (shelves, baskets, etc.)

  • Installation and connection of IKEA sinks, siphons, mixer taps and electrical appliances

  • Installation of wall panels

  • Leaving the installation site swept clean and taking away all packaging.

Good to know:

  • The installation and connection of gas appliances and power connections (>16 ampere fuse protection) must be carried out by a local specialist company and commissioned separately by you. Your local gas supplier can name a specialist company in your area.

  • The service costs can be paid with IKEA financing.
