1. Requirements for redemption

• A IKEA Family Account or IKEA for Business Account
• A valid gift card, prepaid card, or digital prepaid/promotional card
• The tickets must have been purchased in Germany, redemption is only possible in Germany.

2. Step-by-step:

a. Sign Up

b. Select products

   • Add it to the cart.
   • Then click on "Proceed to checkout".

c. Choose delivery method

• • Delivery: Delivery by IKEA
  • Pick-up: Pick-up at the store / pick-up station
  • Select the option and click Next.
  • If delivery has been selected, update address.

d. Add gift card or refund card

On the payment page:

• Click on "Add IKEA gift card or prepaid card"

   • • 19-digit card number + 4-digit PIN (physical cards / many digital cards)
     • or 16-digit redemption code (digital promotion or credit codes, no PIN required).

For digital prepaid cards:

• Use the card number and redemption code from the email.

e. Complete Payment

• Accept Terms of Use
• Click on "Pay"
• The sum is first blocked and debited after the order is completed.

3. What happens if the balance is too low?

If the card balance is not sufficient:
