How can I shop with my IKEA for Business payment card?
As a business, you can conveniently order online or in-store and purchase on account. Find out how.
Online order: To order on account, simply tick the box ‘I am a business customer’ in the shopping basket. Select the payment option ‘Purchase on account for businesses’ and enter your ten-digit IKEA customer number. Please note that you will need a new account for each different billing address.
Ordering by email: It is necessary for the message to be sent from your business email address. Please also include your ten-digit IKEA customer number and your invoice reference (purpose for your accounting, e.g. internal order number).
By phone: You can also contact us by phone and we will discuss the details of your order with you. In some cases, written confirmation may be required to place the final order.
At the IKEA store: If you would like to purchase the order on account, you will need an IKEA for Business payment card. Please present the original card and official photo ID. If someone authorised by you is placing the order, a printed power of attorney is required in addition to the card and ID.
