I have two IKEA Family accounts – can I combine them?

Learn whether two IKEA Family accounts can be merged and what options you have if you created duplicate accounts.


Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to merge two IKEA Family accounts or transfer data and purchase history from one account to another.
Purchases, saved information and benefits also cannot be transferred between profiles.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS?

If you accidentally created a second IKEA Family account, we recommend:
✓ continuing to use the account you prefer
✓ deleting the additional account

HOW TO DELETE AN IKEA FAMILY ACCOUNT

✓ log in to your IKEA Family account
✓ open “Manage my account”
✓ go to your account settings
✓ delete the additional profile

GOOD TO KNOW

Purchase history, saved information and benefits always remain linked to the specific IKEA Family account and cannot be transferred.
