Fabric by the metre cannot be partially exchanged or returned.
Returns are only possible in full
- Fabric by the metre can only be returned in full.
- Cut-off pieces or remaining fabric are not accepted.
- If the returned length appears significantly shorter than the amount originally purchased, it may be checked.
What applies to pre-cut fabric lengths?
Pre-cut fabric lengths can be exchanged or returned as long as they are:
- undamaged
- unused
- complete
