I can't connect Amazon Alexa / Google Assistant to my IKEA Smart Home system.

You can use the Smart Home products with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant if you have a DIRIGERA Hub.

Follow the instructions in the integration menu of the IKEA Smart Home app. This means that you first activate the integration of Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant in your IKEA Smart Home app and then the Smart Home skill in the Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant app. If you encounter problems, first try switching the integration off in the IKEA Smart Home app and in the app of your chosen system and then switching it on again. Do this first in the IKEA Smart Home app and then in the Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant app.
