I can't connect my app/smartphone to my DIRIGERA Hub. What am I doing wrong?

Here you will find instructions on how to solve your connection problem.

1. Check whether the hub is supplied with power. If not, check whether the power cable is correctly attached.

2. Check whether the hub is connected to the router by cable and whether the router is connected to the internet.

3. To continue, you must download the app from the Apple App Store or the Android Play Store. Then follow the step-by-step instructions in the app to set up the hub.

4. Follow the instructions in the app on how to set up the hub and how to connect control devices and light sources.

5. Now find the QR code on the back of your hub and scan it with your cell phone according to the instructions in the app. If you have problems scanning it, you can also enter the hub code manually. You can find the hub code on the back of your hub. If there are still problems, check that all cables are connected and try again.

6. Make sure that your cell phone is connected to your WiFi network; the same network that the hub is connected to.

7. If you have any problems, set up the hub according to the individual steps in the app. You can also reset your products to factory settings and start the installation again.
