What can I do with my points from IKEA Family?

You can use your points to choose a reward. The rewards unlock depend on how many points you have but are the same for all customers. We have different rewards available so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

The rewards that we provide are the same for all customers in Austria and are offered in multiple categories, according to the feedback we've had from our IKEA Family members, and services available.

1. Services:

  • €5,- off delivery for 50 Points (incl. express delivery)
  • €15,- off delivery for 150 Points (incl. express delivery)
  • €30,- off delivery for 300 Points (incl. express delivery)

2. Food:

  • €3,- off food for 27 Points (Restaurant, Cafe, Swedish Food Market and Bistro)
  • €5,- off food for 45 Points (Restaurant, Cafe, Swedish Food Market and Bistro)
  • €10,- off food for 90 Points (Restaurant, Cafe, Swedish Food Market and Bistro)

3. Product:

  • €5,- off products for 50 Points
  • €15,- off products for 150 Points
  • €25,- off products for 250 Points
  • €30,- off products for 300 Points
