Although I am an IKEA Family member, I have to pay more than €1,99 shipping costs - why is that?

Please check again whether
1) you are logged in with your IKEA Family Account
2) all items in your shopping cart are eligible for a parcel delivery
3) the maximum dimensions of a package with all items in your shopping cart are not exceeded
If the price of the parcel delivery is still more than €1,99 please contact our customer service before you complete your purchase.
