personally tested it and its firm enough but still comfortable.
for reference, we're an asian family and were on the shorter and lighter side of the scale. It might be a different experience for arabs/westerns who usually have a bigger frame. I'd recommend trying it personally before buying to see if it fits ur need (I did and it paid off).5

Breathable - I can't afford latex as they're expensive. However, based on my experiences sleeping on the general form mattress, spring is great for the weather in Dubai.
You can feel you get less heat accumulating from the back. I have tried memory form topper, they're comfortable but it's not as breathable as spring mattress as my body temperature is high.
Last, it's not as heavy as most mattress which is great for single person like me if any small adjustment that you need to do about it.
I'm not sure how long it's going to last but I'm extremely satisfied so far.5
