Raffle Draw Duration: 31-10-2025 – 31-12-2025.

Raffle Draw Frequency:
A total of 4 winners will receive a BYD Car, and 12 winners will receive an IKEA Gift Card (Blue Wallet) and free consultation to design a sustainable room During the offer period.

Winners will be announced according to the following draw schedule:
Draw 1: 14 Nov = 1 BYD Car + 3 IKEA Gift Card (Blue Wallet)
Draw 2: 28 Nov 1 BYD Car + 3 IKEA Gift Card (Blue Wallet)
Draw 3: 12 Dec 1 BYD Car + 3 IKEA Gift Card (Blue Wallet)
Draw 4: 31 Dec 1 BYD Car + 3 IKEA Gift Card (Blue Wallet)

Minimum Purchase: AED 250.00

Location Valid: Minimum Purchase must be spent at IKEA UAE In Stores & Online.
Customers who spend AED 250 or more at IKEA are eligible to receive one entry into the Raffle Draw for a chance to win one of four BYD cars or one of the twelve IKEA Gift Cards (Blue Wallet) worth AED 5,000 each (Prizes) and free consultation to design a sustainable room.

Customers who enter the Raffle Draw cannot choose which Prizes to win. Entry into the Raffle Draw will be for either a BYD Car or an IKEA Gift Card (Blue Wallet) and free consultation to design a sustainable room.

Raffle Draws will be held every two weeks.

The Raffle Draw is not applicable for IKEA Gift Card purchases.

Customers who purchase an IKEA Gift Card with the Minimum Purchase value are not eligible to enter the Raffle Draw.

There is no limitation on the number of times that a customer can enter the Raffle Draw.

Multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the minimum purchase value of AED 250.

To qualify for the Raffle, customers are required to provide their full name and valid phone number prior to completing the transaction.

Customers who spend the Minimum Purchase online and enter the Raffle will receive an e-ticket/voucher number.· Customers who spend the Minimum Purchase in-store and enter the Raffle will collect their raffle ticket from the checkout after completing the transaction.

Winners of the Raffle Draw will be contacted accordingly.

Failure to collect and redeem the Prizes of a BYD Car or IKEA Gift card (Blue Wallet) or free consultation to design a sustainable room will result in forfeiture of the same.

To redeem the Prizes, customers must present their original Emirates ID or passport.
The IKEA Gift Cards (Blue Wallet) are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the standard terms and conditions applicable to Gift Cards as found on IKEA’s website [www.IKEA.AE].

B2B customers, companies paying with VAT, in case of credit sales or special agreements. are not eligible to enter the Raffle Draw.

Al-Futtaim employees and their families are not eligible to participate in the Raffle Draw.

Entry into the Raffle Draw and the Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.

Entry into the Raffle Draw cannot be combined with any other promotion, special discounts and/or special agreements.

Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the Prizes and entry into the Raffle Draw.

You agree to indemnify any claims whatsoever with regard to the misuse of the Prizes and entry into the Raffle Draw.

We reserve the right to revoke your entry into the Raffle Draw and redemption of the Prizes, if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked Raffle ticket.

All returns, exchanges and/or refunds shall be subject to IKEA’s Return Policy.

To participate in this Raffle Draw, customers will be required to provide their personal data and contact details. IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this Raffle Draw and contacting participants.

IKEA processes personal data based on a legitimate interest in administrating the Raffle Draw and to be able to contact the participants.

By accepting entry into the Raffle Draw and providing your personal data and phone number to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their personal data will be processed for the purposes described above.

The Raffle Draw has no implied warranties attached to it.

Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the Raffle Draw beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.

The Raffle Draw is issued by Al-Futtaim IKEA, who reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of it at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this program.

Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.

By entering this Raffle Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
