1. Please ask IKEA staff for Pick up Service. Order Confirmation Sheet will be issued.
2．Please pay for goods and Pick up Service fee (2,990 yen, no limitation of number and weight) at the check out.
3．Please proceed to the home delivery counter to arrange your home delivery.
* This service is only for Home Delivery Service users.

Assembly costs
20% of the furniture price （Minumum：3,000 yen. In case of IKEA Family offer, the cost is calculated based on the regular price. )
Other services such as attaching to wall or other installment will need extra costs. Please check with our delivery company.
For the assembly services in Yamanashi, Yamato home delivery services will call you within 5 days to fix the details.
For those who do not need delivery services:
There will be extra charges. Please check with our assembling company directly as below.

1．Please pick up a shopping list, a pencil, a paper measure and a yellow bag at entrance!
2．If you find a good article, please check the price tag. Please write down the location of the article on the shopping list.
3．Pick up the shopping cart in the 1F market hall. Put your yellow bag in it and now you are ready for more shopping! We also have flat trolleys in the self serve area.
4．If you would like, please buy a blue bag or a paper bag at the cashline so you can bring all the items!

Please be informed that the shuttle bus to/from both Shin-yokohama and Denen-chofu will be operated on the Weekend(Holiday) schedule form Dec. 28th to Jan. 4th.

Den-en chofu- IKEA Kohoku Free shuttle bus
Our free shuttle bus runs between Den-en chofu station (Tokyu Toyoko and Meguro lines) and IKEA Kohoku. The bus leaves from Den-en chofu station's bus pool.
Weekdays: Every 90min.
Weekends and public holidays: Every 45min.

Shin Yokohama-IKEA Kohoku Free shuttle bus
Our free shuttle bus runs between Shin Yokohama station (JR and Yokohoma city subway) and IKEA Kohoku.
Weekdays: Three times per hour
Weekends and public holidays: Four times per hour
The bus leaves from the bus stop beside the foot bridge in front of the "Toyoko Inn" which can be seen from the north exit of Shin-Yokohama station.

About Småland
In order for customers to fully enjoy shopping at IKEA, we offer free child day care. We would like to help mothers and fathers to have a relaxing time shopping at IKEA while your children also have a good time.
Before leaving your children at Småland

If you're not completely satisfied with your new pillow, quilt, mattress or mattress pad, bring it back within 90 days and we'll exchange it for one that you love.
