Can I edit my Click & Collect date?

Due to limited space, pick-up times cannot be extended or pulled earlier. Orders are held for 24 hours after they're ready. If you need more time, cancel your order and place a new one using the track and manage my order tool.

 It is not possible to change the pick-up date of your click & collect order. If you need a new date, we ask that you please cancel your order and place a new one with your desired date. 

Please note that you have an extra 24 hours to pick-up your order from the time the ready for pick-up notification email is sent. Also, the pick-up time slot chosen is an estimate; kindly wait for the ready for pick-up email before going to pick-up your order.

If you do not pick up your order, you will automatically be refunded for the merchandise only. Please allow 7 business days to see the refund on your original method of payment.
