Organise and hide toys in the living room
We call this the “toy taming imagination station,” and we think it’s a magical, doable way to sort toys in the living room. The closed doors keep toys out of sight and add to a clean, calm feel.

We started by stripping the inside of an old PAX wardrobe (any wardrobe will do), leaving a clothes rail. We added wallpaper and anchored the wardrobe by drilling a few metal shelves through to the wall. We even made a mini desk from a table-top, a table leg and a stool. Then we put in lots of hooks and boxes to organise even more and make picking up easy peasy.
We love to see our customers get creative with our products. Go for it! But please note that altering or modifying IKEA products so they can no longer be re-sold or used for their original purpose, means the IKEA commercial guarantees and your right to return the products will be lost.
