Shahid x IKEA terms and conditions

This is a limited time offer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The campaign starts on 18 February and ends on 19 March. Eligible customers may receive a 10% discount coupon subject to these terms and conditions.

  •   To receive the 10% discount coupon to be used on the customer’s next purchase, the customer must be registered as an IKEA Family member. The maximum discount value under this coupon is 150 SAR, and any remaining amount above this limit will be payable by the customer.        
  •   If the customer is not an IKEA Family member at the time of participation, a grace period of seven calendar days is granted to complete the IKEA Family registration. If registration is completed within the seven-day grace period, the coupon will be issued. If registration is completed after the grace period, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the coupon                                                          
  •   The coupon will be issued electronically and linked only to the mobile number registered in the customer’s IKEA Family profile. The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be shared, assigned, or sold to another person. Only one coupon will be issued per eligible customer, and it will be sent via WhatsApp.                                                                                  
  •   The coupon is valid for one-time use only and remains valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After 30 days, the coupon will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated or extended.                     
  •   The coupon is valid on home furnishing products only. It can be used in all IKEA Saudi Arabia stores and on the IKEA Saudi Arabia website and app. The coupon is not valid on IKEA Food products, As-Is products, discounted or reduced-price items, IKEA Family price items, BTI Items, New Lower Price items, or any services.                                       
  •  The coupon cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, unless explicitly stated otherwise by IKEA.                                         
  •  If a product purchased using the coupon is returned, IKEA’s return policy applies. Only the net amount paid after applying for the coupon will be refunded.                                                                                                   
  • IKEA reserves the right to cancel the coupon in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these terms.
