Kitchen voucher offer terms & conditions

  1. The offer is valid from 16 JAN until 28 Feb 2026.
  2. This offer applies exclusively to kitchen purchases.
  3. The offer is available at all IKEA Saudi Arabia stores, order and collection points, planning studios, and through the website and app.
  4. Vouchers become valid 24 hours after issuance and cannot be used on the same day.
  5. The coupon is valid until March 14, 2026.
  6. The customer is eligible for a 15% voucher for each kitchen purchase of 10,000 SAR or more
  7. This offer excludes IKEA food items, outlet products, Business-to-Business (B2B) purchases, “As-Is” items and service fees.
  8. The maximum voucher amount per customer is SAR 5,025.
  9. Vouchers can only be redeemed for transactions of SAR 200 or more, meaning any transaction in which the customer wishes to use the voucher must reach the minimum required amount.
  10. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, gift card, coupon, or promotional code.
  11. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer.
  12. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
  13. For digital invoices, the voucher will be sent to the phone number registered in the invoice via WhatsApp.
  14. In case of full or partial returns or exchanges of any transaction where the voucher was issued or used, IKEA reserves the right to cancel or adjust the voucher value.
  15. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be redeemed; only the original voucher may be used.
  16. IKEA Saudi Arabia is not responsible for any misuse of the voucher, and customers agree to indemnify against any claims resulting from its use.
  17. IKEA reserves the right to cancel the voucher in case of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or misuse, and the customer agrees not to use any canceled voucher.
  18. This voucher is issued by IKEA Saudi Arabia, which reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer or contract with a third party to manage the campaign. Any changes to the terms take effect immediately.
  19. IKEA is not responsible for any loss resulting from postponement, cancellation, delay, or change in the offer beyond its control, or due to any external supplier’s negligence.
  20. By participating in this offer, all participants are considered to have agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
