Terms & conditions of kitchen free delivery and installation

Offer Overview: Purchase kitchen worth SAR 15,000 or more from any IKEA store in Saudi Arabia and receive free delivery and installation included in your order.

1) Offer Period: This offer is valid from 11 May 2026 to 24 May2026, inclusive of both dates.

2) Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively on in-store purchases. A minimum spend of SAR 15,000 for a single invoice on kitchen items is required. The offer applies only to kitchen items and does not cover other furniture purchases.

3) Delivery and Installation Coverage: The free delivery and installation service includes the following: assembly and installation of all kitchen cabinets; installation of worktops, including cut-outs for the sink and hob; installation of the sink and tap (plumbing connections are not included); installation of side panels, handles, and interior fittings such as shelves and baskets; removal of all packaging material unless the customer wishes to keep it; and an installation guarantee ensuring good craftsmanship.

4) Exclusions: Custom-made worktop installation is not covered under this offer. kitchen appliances, sinks, taps, and handles are not part of this offer. Delivery and installation fees for kitchen furniture orders below SAR 15,000 will be calculated as per standard IKEA policy.

5) Scheduling: IKEA reserves the right to reschedule the delivery and installation appointment based on availability and feasibility. The customer will be informed of any scheduling changes in advance.

6) Returns: If all purchased kitchen furniture items are returned, the free delivery and installation service will be terminated automatically. Standard IKEA return and refund policies apply.

7) Changes to This Offer: IKEA Saudi Arabia may modify or end this offer at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be communicated. Changes required by regulatory obligations may take effect immediately.

8) Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this offer shall be referred to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
