Campaign Overview: Flat out Discounts is a social media engagement activity by IKEA Saudi Arabia, inspired by the habit of football players lying down behind a free-kick wall during football matches. It runs on IKEA Saudi Arabia’s official Instagram account from July 9 to July 19, 2026.

  • How to Participate: While watching a football match on your TV, take an original photo of the moment a player lies down on the ground during a free kick. The photo must clearly show the player’s jersey number. Send the photo to the IKEA Saudi Arabia Instagram account, together with your full name, email address, and the mobile number you want your discount coupon sent to. Your photo must be submitted on the same date as the match it depicts.
  • Photo Requirements: The photo must be your own, taken directly of your TV screen at the time of viewing. Edited, doctored, downloaded, or previously published images will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
  • Discount Value: The jersey number shown in your photo determines your discount. If the number is below 10, you receive a flat 10% discount. If the number is 10 or above, your discount equals that number as a percentage (for example, jersey number 14 gives a 14% discount).
  • One Discount Coupon Per Match Date: Participants may submit more than one qualifying photo under this Campaign, provided each submission is from a different match date and meets all other eligibility criteria in these Terms. Only one qualifying submission per match date will be honored; if more than one submission is made for the same match date, only the first qualifying submission for that date will be honored.
  • Acknowledgment: You will receive a message on Instagram confirming that your submission has been received.
  • Discount Coupon Issuance: If your submission qualifies, IKEA Saudi Arabia will send your discount coupon by WhatsApp within 48 hours of submission, to the mobile number you provided. The discount coupon is locked to that number and cannot be used by, or transferred to, another person.
  • Discount Coupon Validity: The discount coupon can be redeemed within 14 days from its issuance date. After this period, it expires automatically and cannot be reactivated or compensated.
  • Where the Discount Coupon Can Be Used: The discount coupon is valid in Saudi Arabia only, both online through the IKEA website and app, and in IKEA stores.
  • Eligible Products: The discount coupon applies to sofas only. It does not apply to any other product category.
  • Exclusions: The discount coupon cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, or promotional offer. It does not apply to IKEA Food, IKEA Restaurant and Café, the Swedish Food Market, “As-Is” products, or any IKEA services.
  • Non-Convertible: The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  • Returns: If a sofa bought with the discount coupon is returned, IKEA’s standard return policy applies. Only the net amount paid after the discount will be refunded; the discount coupon value itself will not be refunded or reissued.
  • Misuse and Disqualification: IKEA Saudi Arabia reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is fraudulent, duplicated, edited, or otherwise breaches these terms, and to withhold or cancel a discount coupon issued in error.
  • Marketing Consent: By participating, you agree to receive marketing communications from IKEA Saudi Arabia by WhatsApp, SMS, and other channels.
  • Data Collection: IKEA Saudi Arabia will collect and use your full name, mobile number, and submitted photo to verify your eligibility, issue your discount coupon, and communicate with you about this Campaign. By participating, you consent to this use.
  • · Changes to This Campaign: IKEA Saudi Arabia may modify or end this Campaign at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given. Changes required by regulatory obligations may take effect immediately.
  • General Terms: IKEA Saudi Arabia’s general terms and conditions apply. Any dispute arising from this Campaign is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the jurisdiction of Saudi courts, without prejudice to your right to use available consumer dispute-resolution channels.
