Express Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Express delivery is available online and in IKEA stores in Jeddah and Riyadh, KSA
  2. Delivery takes place on the same day after the customer confirms their location.
  3. To initiate the delivery process, the customer must respond to the notifications sent by the service provider and confirm their location upon receiving them.
  4. If the customer does not confirm their location by 8:00 PM on the same day the service was requested, the service will be canceled, and the shipment will be returned to the store.
  5. The service fee is SAR 199.
  6. The service fee is non-refundable unless the order is canceled by IKEA or delivery is not possible due to reasons related to IKEA.
  7. Customers can cancel the service by contacting Customer Service through the unified number, provided the cancellation occurs before the location is confirmed.
  8. IKEA is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions.
  9. By requesting this service, all customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
