Express Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Express delivery is available online and in IKEA stores in Jeddah and Riyadh, KSA
- Delivery takes place on the same day after the customer confirms their location.
- To initiate the delivery process, the customer must respond to the notifications sent by the service provider and confirm their location upon receiving them.
- If the customer does not confirm their location by 8:00 PM on the same day the service was requested, the service will be canceled, and the shipment will be returned to the store.
- The service fee is SAR 199.
- The service fee is non-refundable unless the order is canceled by IKEA or delivery is not possible due to reasons related to IKEA.
- Customers can cancel the service by contacting Customer Service through the unified number, provided the cancellation occurs before the location is confirmed.
- IKEA is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions.
- By requesting this service, all customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
