Terms & Conditions – Kitchen 10% Voucher Offer 

  1. The offer is valid from 15 October until 14 November 2026.
  2. This offer applies only to kitchen purchases. Kitchen purchases include kitchen cabinets, fronts, worktops, sinks, taps and kitchen appliances.
  3. The offer is available at all IKEA Saudi Arabia stores, order and collection points, and planning studios. 
  4. Customers receive a voucher worth 10% of the value of each kitchen purchase of SAR 15,000 or more on a single invoice. The voucher value is calculated on the amount paid for kitchen products, after any discounts and excluding service fees.
  5. This offer excludes IKEA outlet products, Business-to-Business (B2B) purchases, “As-Is” items, service fees and IKEA Family offers. These purchases do not count toward the SAR 15,000 minimum. 
  6. The maximum total voucher value per customer is SAR 5,000 during the offer period. 
  7. The voucher will be sent by WhatsApp to the mobile number registered on the invoice right after the purchase. Customers must make sure their mobile number is correct at the time of purchase. IKEA Saudi Arabia is not responsible for vouchers not received due to an incorrect mobile number. 
  8. Vouchers can be used from 15 November 2026 until 30 December 2026. Unused vouchers expire after this date.
  9. Vouchers can be used on IKEA products at all IKEA Saudi Arabia stores, order and collection points, planning studios, and online at IKEA.sa. There is no minimum spend to use the voucher. Vouchers cannot be used to pay service fees or to buy IKEA gift cards.
  10. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, gift card, coupon, or promotional code.
  11. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer.
  12. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only. If the purchase value is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or used later.
  13. In case of full or partial returns or exchanges of any purchase for which a voucher was issued or used, IKEA Saudi Arabia may cancel the voucher or adjust its value. If the remaining purchase value falls below SAR 15,000, the voucher will be cancelled. If the voucher has already been used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  14. Lost, stolen, or deleted vouchers cannot be replaced. Only the original voucher sent by IKEA Saudi Arabia can be used.
  15. IKEA Saudi Arabia is not responsible for any misuse of the voucher by others after it is sent to the customer’s registered mobile number.
  16. IKEA Saudi Arabia may cancel any voucher in case of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or misuse. Cancelled vouchers cannot be used.
  17. IKEA Saudi Arabia is not responsible for any loss resulting from the postponement, cancellation, delay, or change of this offer due to circumstances beyond its control.
  18. The customer’s mobile number is used only to send the voucher and manage this offer, in line with the IKEA Saudi Arabia privacy policy and the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 
  19. By taking part in this offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
  20. IKEA Saudi Arabia may modify or end this offer at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be communicated. Changes required by regulatory obligations may take effect immediately. Changes will not affect vouchers already issued.
