Voucher offer - Terms and Conditions

1.The offer is valid from 22 may until 6 June 2026

2.This offer is available at all IKEA Saudi stores, Planning Studios, the website, and the app.

3.The voucher redemption period is from 7 June 2026 until 24 June 2026.

4.A voucher worth (SAR 75) is issued for every SAR 500 spent. The maximum voucher value per transaction is SAR 2,250.

5.The offer covers all in-store items, excluding IKEA food, outlet products, B2B purchases, As-is products, IKEA Family offers, and service fees.

6.Vouchers can only be redeemed for transactions of SAR 150 or more. Any transaction where the customer wants to use a voucher must meet this minimum value.

7.This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, gift card, coupon, or promo code.

8.Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer.

9.This voucher is valid for single use only.

10.The voucher will be sent to the phone number registered on the invoice via WhatsApp therefore customers must have an active WhatsApp account.

11.If a full or partial return or exchange occurs for a transaction where a voucher was issued or used, IKEA reserves the right to cancel or adjust the voucher value.

12.Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced; only the original voucher can be redeemed.

13.IKEA Saudi Arabia is not responsible for any misuse of the voucher, and customers agree to compensate any claims arising from its use.

14.IKEA reserves the right to cancel vouchers in case of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or misuse, and customers agree not to use canceled vouchers.

15.IKEA Saudi Arabia's general terms and conditions apply. By placing an eligible order under this offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

16.IKEA Saudi Arabia may modify or end this offer at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be communicated. Changes required by regulatory obligations may take effect immediately.
