  • How do I purchase a gift card? 

    In-store 

    • Buy it at the checkout.
    • Choose an amount starting from 100 Saudi riyals.

     

Terms and Conditions: 

  • The gift card can be used in IKEA KSA stores only.
  • The gift card cannot be used for purchases at IKEA restaurant or for website purchases.
  • The gift card can be used for full or partial payment and any number of times until the balance runs out.
  • The gift card remains the property of IKEA Saudi Arabia and may not be tampered with or interfered with, without our consent.
  •  Due to the transferability of the Gift Card, IKEA Saudi Arabia will not be responsible for verifying the ownership of the Gift Card before accepting it at checkout.
  • If the gift card is found, please return it to the nearest IKEA store.
  • IKEA cannot replace the card(s) if they are lost or stolen.
  • Re-issuance of faulty or damaged gift cards is not possible unless the gift cards are proven to be faulty or damaged because of the production process.
  • The value of goods purchased using the gift card will be refunded for the same card balance used for payment.
  • IKEA Saudi Arabia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of gift cards from time to time at its discretion.
  • Please show the original gift card at the checkout points in IKEA stores if you wish to benefit from it.
  • IKEA does not bear any responsibility for a gift card that was activated and then stolen or damaged after it became in the customer’s possession.
  • The minimum amount to charge a gift card from IKEA is 100 Saudi riyals.
  • The card will not be exchanged for cash or other purchase vouchers.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance of the card.
  • IKEA gift cards cannot be purchased with vouchers gained during any marketing promotions. 
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Purchasing a gift card from IKEA KSA means your agreement to the above terms and conditions.
