Step Buy Step activity - terms and conditions

Activity Overview: Walk 4,000 steps or more inside the IKEA store on the activity day and receive a 10% discount on your eligible in-store purchase. This activity is brought to you by IKEA Saudi Arabia as part of World Health Day.

1. Activity Dates and Locations: The activity runs on Friday 10 April and Saturday 11 April 2026, for the full store opening hours. It is available at main IKEA stores in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dhahran, and Madinah only.
2. Eligibility: You must be an active IKEA Family member to participate. You will be required to present your IKEA Family ID and the phone number associated with your account at the showroom entry point before the activity begins. Customers who are not yet members can register at the entrance before participating.
3. Step Tracker Bracelet: IKEA will provide you with a step tracker bracelet at the entrance. This bracelet is an in-store device. It is not an IKEA product and is not for sale. You are responsible for keeping it in good condition throughout the activity. It must be returned to the IKEA co-worker at the finish point upon completion of your route. One bracelet per family group. Bracelets are provided based on availability per store.
4. Step Verification: Steps are counted exclusively using the bracelet provided by IKEA. Your step count must be verified by an IKEA co-worker at the designated completion point (In front of the cash line). Self-reported steps or steps counted by personal devices will not be accepted.
5. Discount Terms: Upon verified completion of 4,000 steps or more, you will receive a discount for 10% off your eligible in-store purchase, subject to the following conditions: a minimum purchase of SAR 100 is required; the maximum discount is capped at SAR 100; the discount is valid on the same day of the activity only; the discount is valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be used online; the discount cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher, promotion, or coupon.
6. Excluded Products and Services: The discount is not valid on IKEA Food products, As-Is products, discounted or reduced-price items, IKEA Family price items, BTI Items, New Lower Price items. All IKEA services are excluded from this offer. Refer to the general IKEA terms and conditions for a full list of exclusions.
7. Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the condition of the bracelet during the activity. Any damage caused by misuse may result in disqualification from the activity. The bracelet must be returned at the completion point. Failure to return the bracelet may result in disqualification from the discount.
8. Disqualification: IKEA Saudi Arabia reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the activity if these terms and conditions are not met, if the bracelet is tampered with or misused, if unusual behavior is detected, or if the step count cannot be verified.
9. Data Collection: Your IKEA Family ID, phone number, and step count will be recorded by IKEA staff to verify eligibility and apply the discount.
10. Changes to This Activity: IKEA Saudi Arabia may modify or end this activity at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be communicated. Changes required by regulatory obligations may take effect immediately.
