IKEA's largest store in Oman is in Muscat at Oman Avenues Mall, where we also offer a Click & Collect service for your convenience.

Additionally, there's an IKEA pop-up store in Mall of Muscat, & another in Gardens Mall, Salalah, complemented by a Click & Collect point in Salalah for easy and flexible pickups.

 Yes, Click & Collect is available at the Muscat and Salalah stores. You can order online and pick up your items at the store without leaving your car. You will receive a collection confirmation SMS once your order is ready for collection. 

Orders are usually ready for pickup on the same day or the next, and you’ll be notified by SMS or email when your items are prepared.

Yes, IKEA offers home delivery across Oman for both online and in-store purchases. Free delivery is available on orders OMR 49 and above. You can find more information about our delivery services here.

 Yes, currently, this is the only available method to process a refund for any item purchased online. Simply bring your order confirmation and the unopened product to the nearest IKEA store along with your order confirmation email. 

IKEA Family is a free membership program that gives you access to special offers, workshops, in-store activities, discounts, and in-store benefits. You can join online or at any store in Oman. 

IKEA Oman accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash on delivery, & easy payment plans through select banks, as well as cash for in-store purchases. For online orders, secure card payments are available. Read more here.

After you have placed your online order, you can only request cancelling it, applying changes to an online order whether adding, removing, changing a color, item, size cannot be done. The only way is to cancel your online order & place a new one including the correct selection of items.

IKEA Oman does not currently support product reservations, but you can place an order online for Click & Collect or home delivery if the item is in stock.
