Max Order Weight: Orders must not exceed 25 KG.
Pickup Location Change: You can change the pickup location one time only per order. The customer is entitled to change the station at any time within the 7-day holding period. If the station is changed, the 7-day count will restart from the new station’s arrival date.
Cancellations: No partial cancellations allowed. If needed, the entire order will be returned. The customer is entitled to cancel at any time within the 7-day holding period, The order is also subject to automatic return if not received by the customer.
Toll & Gate Fees: Any toll, gate, or customs fees must be paid by the customer.
Holding Period: Orders will be held for 7 days. After that, they will be automatically canceled if not collected.
Order Check: Please check your order at pickup. If there’s any damage or issue, inform the Dalilee team immediately. Customers may use the following contact number: 80045321.
Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.
