They are available in foam and pocket-sprung material. Cot mattress with removable covers are machine-washable at 60°C. Additionally, we also recommend using bumber pads and cot mattress protectors for your baby's comfort & safety.

How thick should a cot mattress be?

All our IKEA Cot mattresses are made to fit perfectly in our Cots. This way, you avoid the risk of creating gaps and edges where children can get their hands or feet stuck. We provide a minimum thickness of 6cm for baby mattresses

How big are cot mattresses?

We understand a child grows fast, we have Cot Mattress in 70x160cm, 80x 200 cm and also in 90x 200 cm. Additionally, IKEA extendable foam mattresses can be altered for three lengths. With the help of the 2 extendable parts, the mattress can grow with your child, from 130 to 165 or 200 cm.
