Summer Camp: Visit IKEA Muscat

1. Event Dates: Every Saturday starting 29th June - 7th August 

2. Event Timings: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

3. Event Location: IKEA Muscat Avenues Mall

4. Event: Litte Stars Activity Event.

5. Customers must apply online using the above form to partake in the Event. IKEA will notify the selected participants by call two days ahead of the event date.

6. Customers may apply in-store at the customer service desk at the Event Location where they must provide the necessary details. 

7. Applications are open until two days ahead from the registered event date.

8. Only IKEA Family members are eligible to apply.

9. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

10. Performers are encouraged to wear costumes and use props.

11. Each child is permitted to participate only once per year for the year in which they applied.

12. Performances must be between 3 and 5 minutes in duration. Performances must not exceed 5 minutes.

13. Groups of up to a maximum of 4 performers are permitted. 

14. Call time for performers is promptly at 3:30 PM. Participants must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Any participants that arrive after 3:30 PM will not be accepted to perform at the Event. 

15. The Event will commence promptly at 4:00 PM.

16. A maximum of 15 performers will be permitted to perform each week. Priority will be given to those who register first and is in IKEA’s sole discretion who is selected. 

17. Applicants must provide their full name, contact number and email address when completing the application. IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this Event and to contact participants.

18. Photographs and videos will be taken during the Event by IKEA as well as other participants. Participants will be required to grant consent to IKEA to use the images for advertising, commercial and various social media publications.

19. All participants will be required to sign a consent form upon arrival at the Event.

20. IKEA reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the Event. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall also be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.

21. Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Event beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier/service provider.

Each week, kids dive into a new theme like Sea/Ocean, Sustainability, Sports, Robotics/Tech, Design, & Heritage. Activities include hands-on workshops, interactive games, and creative projects, all designed to be engaging and educational. Think building underwater ecosystems, designing eco-friendly solutions, coding robots, and crafting cultural artifacts – all within our stores from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM every Saturday.

The best summer activity depends on a child’s interests! Our IKEA camp offers something for everyone, from Design workshops for creative minds to Heritage activities that celebrate culture. Each theme is designed to educate and entertain, making it the perfect summer experience.

Sea/Ocean Activity

Activities: 3D paper ocean workshop, Fishing game, Swimming fish craft (Interactive learning activity).

Why it matters: Sparks curiosity about the ocean while building creative skills.

Sustainability Activity

Activities: Tissue Roll Recycling Craft, Waste Sorting Game, Sustainability Workshop.

Why it matters: Teaches kids how small actions can help save the planet.

Sports Activity

Activities: Balancing ball game / Board with Numbers and Holes, DIY sports craft workshop, Coloring sports accessories.

Why it matters: Boosts motor skills, energy, and team spirit.

Robotic Activity

Activities: Robotic Hand Workshop, Interactive Learning, Color your own Robot.

Why it matters: Inspires future thinkers through tech and creativity.

Design Activity

Activities: Interactive Color Game, DIY Bag Painting, Paper plate sun visors (Arts & Craft).

Why it matters: Encourages imagination and personal expression.

Heritage Activity

Activities : Heritage Puzzle, Heritage Product Workshop, Heritage Castle craft.

Why it matters : Celebrates national identity and cultural pride.

Children aged 5–12 can register for IKEA Oman’s Free Summer Camp 2026.
