Lazy cake

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 250g KAFFEREP oat biscuits
  • 250g KEX biscuits
  • 200g CHOKLAD MÖRK, dark chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp PÅTÅR brewed coffee
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut cream
  • ½ tbsp salt

To decorate:

  • 2 tbsp melted CHOKLAD MÖRK, dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp melted white chocolate
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Step 1

Start with filling a zip lock bag with the biscuits. Smash it with a rolling pin until crumbled

Step 2

Once you have some medium-sized chunks, add it to a mixing bowl along with some dark chocolate. Mix till biscuits are coated entirely.

Step 3

Then add white chocolate, brewed coffee, salt, coconut cream and KEX biscuits.


Step 4

Gently crush biscuits to combine.

Step 5

Pour the mixture in a cake pan lined with cling film.

Step 6

Press the mixture down with another piece of cling film if required.


Step 7

Decorate with the extra biscuits on top and let the cake chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

Step 8

After the cake is set, remove it from the cling film and set on a cake stand to decorate with melted chocolate and shredded coconut.  

Step 9

Cut into slices and serve.
