Collection Points

To make things more convenient, you can pick up your IKEA order from a Collection Point. Collection Points are operated by a third-party provider and allow you to pick up your IKEA order at a location closer to you. 

1. Select products - Place the items you want in your shopping cart.
2. Shopping cart - Select IKEA collection point Wels in your shopping cart.
3. Plan collection - In the next step you will see the earliest possible pickup time and the service costs.
4. Pick up your order - We'll notify you via text message as soon as your items are ready for pickup. Please note that you will need to load your items into your car yourself. Transport equipment such as pallets or straps are only available in store, not at the Collection Point. 

This price covers the delivery of your purchase to the Collection Point.

Before visiting your local Collection Point, be sure to bring valid ID and your order confirmation email. Once you arrive at the Collection Point, a representative will help you retrieve your order. After that, you're on your way home to enjoy your purchase.
