How to keep your cooking utensils and cutlery organised

Do you spend too much time looking for the right pieces of cutlery or a certain cooking utensil? Then you might want to think about some new organisers for your drawers, kitchen counter or wall space. Explore our ideas.

Drawers that are a pleasure to open

Trays or racks in drawers can keep cutlery, utensils and knives neatly in order. Some are customisable – such as the light bamboo UPPDATERA cutlery tray with removable dividers. Hanging handily on the wall

Knives held on a magnetic rail or utensils hung from hooks are always within easy reach – and unused areas of wall become valuable storage space without major renovation. If you can’t or don’t want to drill, consider storage with suction cups that stick firmly to tiles or glass (look for names like ÖBONÄS and TISKEN).

Stand-up storage for the counter or shelf

A cutlery stand or kitchen utensil rack can look as good on a shelf, for clean and dry items, as they do by the sink for your washing up.
