Disappointed after opening the packet to find one of the hooks had bubbles in the chrome.BarbaraDue to packaging I could not see this defect when purchasing. I needed to make a special trip to return it to get it replaced. Staff had no hesitation in giving me a replacement. This defect could have been picked up in quality control. The adhesive pad was difficult to remove and would have been easier if there was a tab on the pad to pull off the paper covering.
