      Disappointed is an understatement Anna SutherlandThe first set arrived damaged, though customer service was great and sent a replacement straight away. Unfortunately, the second set arrived with the same cactus broken again. The packaging offers almost no protection beyond a simple cardboard insert, and it’s just not sufficient to prevent breakage.1
