Terrible design, causes neck and back issues AislingI didn't realise when I tried it in store but wow this is awful for your spine. Caused a lot of neck and back pain especially neck(I had no pre-existing issues ). It pushes your head forward as well as forcing your lower back to slouch. Unfortunately I didn't realise I could have returned it after throwing out packaging and missed the time limit. Unless you only want a chair for occasional/brief use, it is unusable IMO. So disappointed.
