Shredded memory foam is softer than solid memory foam and the shredded pieces adapt to the shape of your head and neck. It also allows warm air to escape, replacing it with fresh, cool air.
Choose this ergonomic pillow if you are a back or side sleeper.
For back sleepers; the shredded memory foam moves aside to cradle your head while still being thick enough under the neck to support your back.
For side sleepers; the shredded memory foam fills the space between your neck and shoulder, giving your head a comfortable support.
176 thread count.
Thread count indicates the number of threads per square inch of fabric. The higher the thread count the more densely woven the fabric.

Function solution
Better sleep comfort with ergonomic pillows
Being comfortable when you’re asleep is key for making the most of your waking hours. We believe in the power of sleep. And when your head and neck are well supported by a pillow, you snooze even better. But people sleep differently. Some are back sleepers, others sleep on the side or change position many times during the night. That’s why our ergonomic pillows come in many shapes and sizes, so we can all sleep like babies and wake up refreshed.
Material
How to care for your ergonomic pillow
With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 40°C, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 60°C.
