Poor quality product Amber RoseIKEA sell this as one product but it actually comes in 3 parts finals, rail and wall mount. IKEA NZ have waited so long (3 weeks) to pack my order that I purchased online that the finals were out of stock meaning they sent me only the rail and brackets. Meaning I have an incomplete product that I can’t use that I’ve waited a month for now. Appalling customer service.
