Chair broke in few monthsOlhaHighly disappointing quality and customer service. One of our chairs fell apart after just 3 months of normal use. After contacting customer service, I was instructed to bring it back to the store for a refund. Upon arrival, the store staff completely backtracked, claiming the set had no warranty and refusing both an exchange and a refund. Wasted my time and effort. I will not be buying furniture from IKEA again.
Good but could be betterKathyTable and chairs easy to assemble. Some of the screws were quite hard but got there in the end. The table top has a number of blemishes that are not great and we’re not from poor completing of the table.
Sensible to assembly, a bit smallXavierWe had to replace the first one we bought as the assembly of the table elements is sensitive if you use a powered screwdriver. The product is good, but the size is a bit small for 4 people.
