It doesn't workDianaI bought this mattress protector a week ago, because of the occasional night-time accidents. Unfortunately, when I needed it to protect against a spill, it didn’t protect the mattress and all the liquid seeped straight through to the mattress, which shows that it doesn’t fulfil the purpose for which it’s sold. I am 100 per cent disappointed. I hope this is just a fault with the one I bought and that the shop will arrange for the product to be replaced at my home.1

I haven't had a chance to "test" the waterproofing (nor do I want to), but the protector fits around the mattress, and a mattress topper (and currently around two mattresses, with one mattress "being" a mattress topper).
