Endless waiting and terrible service experience.XiaoxunWe placed the order on January 23rd with a scheduled delivery date of February 3rd. However, the item failed to arrive as promised.
After the missed delivery, we visited the IKEA store for assistance and were assured that the item would be delivered within the next two days. Unfortunately, this commitment was not fulfilled.
Subsequent phone inquiries directed us to contact the logistics carrier directly. The logistics company then informed us that we would need to wait an additional week, without providing a definite time.
To date, it has been 18 days since our purchase. Throughout this prolonged period, we have received no proactive communication regarding the delivery status or a concrete timeframe. This lack of updates has caused significant inconvenience and wasted a considerable amount of our personal time as we waited.
