one of the best travel mugs everRitaI have been using various travel mugs for years, especially in my car on long-distance drives. The problem with most is either that they are spilling easily or not holding the beverage warm for long. This one is different. It not only holds hot liquid (in my case, coffee) hot (not just warm!) for hours - the longest I waited before drinking was 6 hours later, and it was still hot. It also does not spill, even though the drinking clip is a bit hard to open with one hand (but it might be my technique). I will definitely get a second one now for my husband.
Terrible design from the world's best design houseCharlieTall with a very narrow base is a dumb design for a travel mug. So easy to knock over when filling it bleary-eyed, early mornings (ask me how I know!). That also makes it hard to clean as can't reach the bottom to clear out the baked in coffee after it's sat in the hot car all day! But the biggest issue is that it's too narrow for all car cup holders and due to its narrow base and high center of gravity it rattles around the cup holder in every corner or bump. I don't think the designer of this cup owns a car! Useless.
Leaking Lid Ruined My Day and My ShirtAndreiVery disappointed with this mug. Even with the lid properly closed, it leaks when drinking. Coffee pools around the opening and spills from the sides due to a poor seal.
Because of this, I ended up with coffee stains on my shirt and pants. The stain on my shirt does not come off, and it ruined my entire day. I need to speak to someone about this and expect a refund not only for the mug, but also compensation for the damaged shirt.
