48% of individuals encounter challenges with kitchen storage as most homes have limited bench and pantry space

That, coupled with small appliances occupying valuable surface area, contributes to a narrowed workspace and excessive clutter.

Home visits revealed that meal prep and bulk buying is common, but lack of storage space in the kitchen means that additional fridges and freezers are often stored in the garage.   

“We had to get creative with the pantry and cupboards. You’ll see we’ve put in these pull-out shelves so that we don’t have to reach far back in to get what we need, and it just makes the process efficient.” – Justine   

Kitchens top the dream renovation list but were often cited to be expensive.
