Most IKEA furniture comes in flat-packs, ready to take home and enjoy. Too big for the boot or need a hand? Choose from our helpful services like delivery, Click and collect, assembly, flexible finance and planning to make life easier.
Don’t live near IKEA Sylvia Park? Our Collection points let you pick up your order from a location closer to home, so IKEA is always within reach.

From 4 December you can shop online anytime and get your order delivered – from anywhere in New Zealand. Browse and get inspired, order for delivery or collection, manage your IKEA Family membership and lots more. All from the comfort of home.
You can even use IKEA.co.nz for in-store shopping – try creating a shopping list and checking stock availability before visiting IKEA Sylvia Park.
IKEA app
Available in December, the IKEA app is a little helper for shopping or planning a visit. With the app, you can browse products, get inspired, make shopping lists and visualise your space with IKEA Kreativ – our AR room planner that lets you see how furniture will fit and look in your home.
When you visit the store, scan items as you shop for a faster check-out. Plus, your IKEA Family membership is always at your fingertips, so you can access your digital card, check offers and manage your wish lists anytime, anywhere.
Remote shopping
With remote shopping options you'll be able to shop at IKEA from just about anywhere. Place your order by chat, phone, or virtual appointment from the comfort of your home.
