• Delivery window: 10-hour window (8am–6pm).

How delivery works

Step 1:

Shop online or in-store. We offer the same delivery option regardless of where you choose to shop.

Step 2:

Book delivery. If shopping online, you'll see the available delivery options, estimated lead time and then exact prices at check-out. If shopping in-store our co-workers will help you find the delivery option that suits you best.

Step 3:

You’ll be notified when your order is on its way. For truck-in-the-home deliveries, you’ll also receive an SMS or call before arrival to help you prepare.

Step 4:

Parcel and truck-to-the-door deliveries are authorised to leave with no signature needed. For truck-in-the-home deliveries, you can pre-select 'Authority to Leave' at checkout if you won’t be home and ensure there’s a safe place for us to deliver.

Step 5:

Examine packages for correctness and condition. If there are an issues inform the delivery driver or contact us.

Good to know basics

• You can track your delivery here or use the link provided in your order confirmation email.
• For furniture or large deliveries, tell us about any considerations like parking or time restrictions.
• Check to see if your delivery will fit in all doorways, halls, stairs or lifts in your home and building. For dimensions, look under 'Package details' on individual product pages.
• Live potted plants, knives, products in assorted colours or designs, and all food and beverage items are available for in-store purchase only and cannot be delivered. In some cases, seasonal items and special collections may also be excluded from delivery.
• IKEA cannot deliver to PO or GPO boxes.
• You can often pair IKEA delivery service with assembly service for even more convenience.
• IKEA Business Network members can also access same price as IKEA Family members.
