With Click and collect, you’re in control. Place an order online when it’s convenient and choose when and where to collect it. You’ll still make a trip, but we’ll gather your items saving you time and energy.

Options and pricing

Collect your order at IKEA store, free for IKEA Family

  • Available for all order sizes, including furniture and accessories.
  • There is a dedicated Click & Collect area in the car park on the ground floor.
  • Approximate lead time: Often same day, or book up to 7 days in advance.
  • You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
  • Pick up hours: Monday - Sunday, 7am-11pm
  • Please ensure you have an appropriate sized vehicle to accommodate your purchase.
  • Once you receive your collection notification, you'll have 48 hours to pick up your order.

Collect your order at IKEA pick-up lockers, free for IKEA Family

  • Lockers are accessible 24 hours a day.
  • Subject to availability, if your order doesn’t fit in a locker, we’ll contact you to arrange collection from our Click & Collect counter, which is open Monday - Sunday, 7am-11pm.
  • Lockers are located next to the Click & Collect area in the car park on the ground floor.
  • When your order is ready, you'll get an SMS with a 6-digit code. Enter the code at the locker terminal to open your locker and collect your items.
  • Once you receive your collection notification, you'll have 48 hours to pick up your order.

Collect your large order at a Pick-up point starting from $29

  • For collection of furniture or larger orders over 8kg.
  • Fulfilled by Mainfreight 2Home for orders of $15 or more (after any discounts are applied).
  • At checkout, customers can choose a delivery date and their nearest pick-up point location.
  • Trading hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. Please refer to the map below for location details.
  • We will send you a notification when your order is ready to pick up, and once you receive it you’ll have 48 hours to collect your order.
  • Please ensure you have an appropriate sized vehicle to accommodate your purchase.

Auckland Metro (Favona & Hobsonville Collection Points) Pricing:

IKEA Family: $29, Non-IKEA Family $39

Outside Auckland Metro (all other Collection Points) Pricing: 

IKEA Family $49, Non-IKEA Family $59

How Click and collect works 

Step 1:

Add your desired items to your online shopping cart. 

Step 2:

Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and select your pick up location and time.

Step 3:

Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the pick up location.

Step 4:

Follow the instructions in the email and visit to your selected pick up location. Collect your order and enjoy your purchase!

Good to know basics

  •  Please bring your order confirmation (email or SMS) and a valid ID.
  • If you can’t place an order, try removing an out-of-stock item from your cart or order later when stock is replenished.
  • Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
  • Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.
  • Make sure you bring a helping hand to load your goods if needed. 
  • Want an order update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.
