Over our very first few days, we’ve received far more online orders than expected — and we’re genuinely grateful for your enthusiasm and for making us feel so welcome in New Zealand.
Because of this incredible demand, some Click and collect and Delivery orders are taking a little longer than planned. A small number of customers may also have received an “order ready” message before their order was fully prepared. Our teams are working around the clock to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, and while we do that, we kindly ask for your patience.
