How do I cancel my Assembly service?
Simply get in touch with us with and confirm you would like to cancel your service.
If you're unable to cancel your order through our Track & Manage tool, cancellation may still be possible depending on your order status.
To proceed, please contact us with your 9–10 digit order number. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a call-out fee.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. For online payments, refunds are automatically issued to the original card within 3–5 business days. If you paid in store, our team will get in touch to complete your refund through a secure line.
