Which holes should be used for hinges on PAX frames?

PAX height 236 cm This frame has four hinges with these hole placements from bottom to top:
- Holes 3 and 4
- Holes 32 and 33
- Holes 38 and 39
- Holes 67 and 68 (3 and 4 from the top)
PAX height 201 cm This frame has three hinges with these hole placements from bottom to top:
- Holes 3 and 4
- Holes 30 and 31 (left side), Holes 29 and 30 (right side)
- Holes 56 and 57 (3 and 4 from the top)
