What are the opening hours for the customer service?

Several of our restaurants open earlier than the store itself.

Our chat is currently only open for product-related questions and sales. If you have other questions you would like to discuss with us, please feel free to call us.

IKEA stores are open on Sundays during the last few weeks before Christmas each year. For the rest of the year, we are open Monday to Saturday.

On the delivery day, you will receive an SMS from Bring with a link where you can track your delivery, see the estimated delivery time, and how many stops there are before you. The estimated delivery time may change throughout the day and is continuously updated on the tracking page.
