What are the customer service opening hours?
You can reach us by chat and phone Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays. On Sundays we are closed.

From 1 June we are changing our telephone opening hours. From then on we will be open Monday to Friday 08-18. Chat has the longest opening hours, where you can reach us until 20 on weekdays. Need help by phone? We are available until 20, or from 1 June until 18.
