What are the opening hours for the customer service?

Several of our restaurants open earlier than the store itself.

Our chat is currently only open for product-related questions and sales. If you have other questions you would like to discuss with us, please feel free to call us.

IKEA stores are open on Sundays during the last few weeks before Christmas each year. For the rest of the year, we are open Monday to Saturday.

To change the delivery time or cancel, try our self-service tool “Track and manage my order.” To add/remove products or get help with delivery and assembly, contact us.

We recommend that you stay near the address during the delivery window. You will receive an SMS before the delivery containing a link where you can easily follow the driver’s route and see when your delivery is approaching.
