What are the customer service opening hours?

Here you will find the opening hours for all our stores, including special opening hours during holidays.

Can't find what you're looking for on our customer service pages? You can reach us via chat, phone or by visiting a store during opening hours.

IKEA stores are open on Sundays during the last few weeks before Christmas each year. For the rest of the year, we are open Monday to Saturday.

Several of our restaurants open earlier than the store itself.

If you'd like IKEA to pick up your mattress or mattress topper, you can arrange a pick-up at an IKEA store or by contacting the IKEA Customer Service Centre during opening hours.

The time may vary, but in most cases you can pick it up after 1–2 days. You choose a pickup time when you order and will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection.
