This is usually because the stock level is so low that we won’t be able to pick the items for you in time, or because you live outside the store’s delivery zone.

If you want to be sure that an item is in stock when you visit the store, you can buy the item on our website with Click and Collect - from 0,-. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold or reserve items in any other way.

Sometimes our system doesn't update fast enough or a item has been sold out between stock checks.

Sometimes products are removed from our range to make room for new, exciting products. When a product is marked with the label "Last chance to buy", it means that we want to let you know that this product will be discontinued after it is out of stock.

It may be because the warehouse is fully booked, or perhaps there are not enough items in stock. Try another warehouse or wait a bit and try again later.
